Al loves living in Herndon where he experiences the charm of small-town life while enjoying easy access to the bustling metropolis. He serves clients throughout Fairfax, Loudon, Prince William and Arlington counties and is committed to every client feeling at home no matter where they choose to settle! Prior to becoming a realtor, Al worked in the auto collision repair industry where he learned the value of tackling new challenges with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach. He’s even been able to take some of the skills he learned in this industry to help with small repairs on some clients homes - an unexpected perk that he loves blessing his clients with when he gets the chance.

Communication and negotiation skills are of paramount importance in the real estate industry and Al has honed these skills when he worked as an intern in a DC call center where he spoke with a myriad of people from different backgrounds. His negotiation skills have helped his clients tremendously in securing terms that are favorable while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process. Al prioritizes honesty, politeness and punctuality in every professional relationship and holds himself to a high standard to ensure his clients and business partners know he is giving them his best.

Al greatly values the support and camaraderie of his fellow agents and staff at The Redux Group, and when he isn’t hard at work with the team he enjoys staying active with workouts and cooking up delicious barbecue!
